The Sky isn't Falling

Remember the story of Chicken Little? Chicken Little was a histrionic chicken that was hit on the head by an acorn and completely freaked out. He ran around telling everybody that the "Sky is Falling, the Sky is Falling!" Great story, great moral. In the end the sky wasn't falling.

If you maintain a constant diet of CNN or FOX, you would think the sky is going to fall within the next few days.

While our economy is going through some rough times I believe that we will make the adjustments and move forward. The sky isn't falling.

Americans are a resilient lot, as people we get through this troublesome season. As a nation of entrepreneurs and small business owners we will develop solutions and help turn out economy around.

As for the bailout, I hope that the Congressional Plan has high levels of accountability built into it and that the institutions that we are bailing out will pay back what they owe.

As we push this economy towards a brighter future we should remember Churchill's words, "Never, Never, Never Quit!"

Dave Ramsey has some interesting thoughts on this.
